Special Project Services

Provide specialty construction services: Asbestos abatement, Lead-based paint abatement, Exterior façade painting, Masonry point up, Landscape improvement, and Historical building rehabilitation. We work closely with local, state and federal agencies to assess existing project condition and analyze feasible approaches according to the standards and regulations to properly remove materials, and restore them to its original aesthetics. Our recent featured projects included Ford’s Theater exterior painting and the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial landscape maintenance.
